Mobile banking app locked my login cause my phone was acting up That app needs an update As soon as possible other than that the bank is great

I have been with PCU for about 20 years. Have banked at Citizens and a couple of others. Will never look back, Pawtucket Credit Union is where I will be staying for good! Customer service is exceptional and they offer everything I need with no fees attached! What's left to say!

They’re branches and call center are on completely separate pages. Expect misinformation to be the with this bank.

Terrible customer service very hard to do bank by mail They only check their mail box once a day so deposits sent in take much longer to record since mail is not delivered until afternoon. If it's bad weather forget it your lucky of mail gets checked.

Kind of ASHAMED at PCU..We have our mortgage their for six years, put 40 % down payment on our house,lots of equity, Never missed a payment Credit is very good, We wanted to apply for a loan to put a new roof on the house..Wouldnt even talk to us

Terrible customer service. Created an account and deposited funds on 4.10. Had no access to my accounts or to view my account numbers until i called on 4.17 to see the issue. Which ultimately ended up being an issue with a system on PCU’s end. During the phone call on 4.17 the issue was resolved. BUT this caused another issue. Because my account was held up for a week, so was the processing of my debit card. Which after another call yesterday i was informed it was sent out on 4.22 and would take 7-10 business days to be mailed to me with NO OFFER to expedite it to me due to the issue. So basically because of issues on PCU’s end it will be probably the beginning of May for me to access my account in the convenient fashion i wanted. I wouldn't have enrolled online if i wanted to go into a branch. Which i will be doing on my next free day to close this account and withdraw my money(tomorrow actually). I wont even rant about the associates handling of theses issues because the root of the problem starts at the top and trickles down.

No 24 hr help. If u need anything after 5 including getting locked out of online banking. There is no help unless 9 to 5
