Overpriced compared to the other two pawnshops nearby. None of the employees acknowledged me when i visited the store two times in one week. Simply put, not very good customer service.

well read some reviews over all the stuff iam reading isnt at all what people are saying.i know cherol very well at times shes testy,but thats her she will go out of her way to help thats the truth and the owner weve had our differances but all in all hes a good guy! he will wheel and deal with you ,so will cherol thats the truth so if you didn"t get it your way go to burger king. and half the time you want something for nothing guys there there to make money and your there to get a deal.richard p.

So called mgr Cheryle Grainger has the WORST customer service I've encountered ever. Things in the store were mismarked and in so called wrong areas. She informed us that No the prices were what she says and she's the only mgr here than in same breathe said she's not the mgr here. I will NOT BE BACK.

I’ve had nothing but good experiences here with the staff, and the owner. They are willing to work with you no matter what you bring in. And when it comes to buying something, they are willing to go the extra mile to test it, find a charger for it, or whatever request you may have. They are always smiling and happy to see me when I go in there. I love Cheryle, she’s tough, but sweet. And would give you anything. Cory is always willing to run from one end of the store to the other to make a deal happen. Quality jewelry, and they fix it for you. Plus they offer a 30 Day in store credit warranty on almost anything they sell.

This is a great shop to pick up tools, equipment, musical instruments, electronics or whatever. Lots of different things and the employees are very polite and professional. I didn't feel intimidated at all and it was a very enjoyable experience. (Picked up a sweet, like new, lawn mower for about one third the price of a new one). I highly recommend this place.

Just moved to Jacksonville and needed some cash. I called this place and was initially met with a very helpful young man on the phone who after asking a few questions, told me to bring in my phone to take a look at whether they could loan on it or buy it. After running a few errands, I called again to confirm before driving out of my way and spoke to the rudest person I've ever met! She informed me that she's the manager and she said they don't take TMobile phones and that the other guy didn't know what he was talking about. When I simply and calmly asked what their reason was she yelled at me saying that she wasn't going to argue with me and said a few other things that resulted in me crying when our call ended. I worked in a pawn shop for years, prior to moving here. In fact, it's my most recent job. We took phones and if we didn't, it was because they weren't unlocked. I am not accustomed to hearing that shops don't take certain carriers which I'm finding to be the norm in Jax and that is why I asked. I have met some rude people but I have never in my life been met with such unecessary, blatant and crass disrespect! I will never set foot in or call this place ever again and I hope I save someone else their time and possibly a few tears. And don't bother replying, as I can't imagine your words are any less disrespectful than they were on the phone that day!

Bought a Honda generator from them. Great price, perfect (new in box) condition. Easy communication and service. The recall service had also already been done. Would definitely consider doing business with them again.
