Client Review on Parkside Credit Union

***Sorry for my rant***I went to pay my phone bill and MetroPCS' computer glitched and tried charging my account four times which would've cleaned me out but PCU froze my account and put it on hold, I'm grateful for that. The part that irks me is they didn't take my money off hold when they said they would which made me late on my rent, my phone is shut off, I have no food and I almost missed a callback for a job I applied for. I can't get ahold of them about it bc apparently customer service stops when the bank closes, I can't get info from my card or anywhere else. The bank is closed til Tues, I don't have a car to go to Livonia, I don't know what to do about my bills. I'm obviously upset at this point and Metro and the tellers at PCU were too busy pointing fingers instead of getting to the bottom of things and giving me an informed answer to reassure me. The only reason I won't say I hate PCU is bc of Lynne and one other teller (I wish I knew her name she's the lady w/glasses) in the Westland branch who were the only ones through all of this to contact Metro and try to go to bat for us which was awesome and I'm grateful for them. Unfortunately, they weren't there today so nobody helped me, I'm still waiting for my money to be realeased back to me after the time line they gave and I'm having a panic attack.
