Went to this dealership from Connecticut to purchase a car. Everyone seemed very uptight and unwilling to negociate much as if they were top notch and the vehicle I wanted was sitting there for over 250 days. Bought the car anyways and I now have an unregistered vehicle because they failed to tell me I needed to complete a vin verification in Connecticut and send back to them to be able to use my transferred plates that they said they could do and were paid $188 to do... my temp plate expired on 8/9/18. I called and was told by my salesman he would find out what was going on and call me in the morning. I had to call him at 1p to learn he needed a vin verification. He took no fault in this and said a new temp plate could not be reissued. I went through last minute trouble to get this done and pay to overnight the document to him, which was due to be there 8/10/18 by 1030a. He promised they would overnight my registration back to me. Well it didn’t happen... I called the used car manager, no response. Horrible business
