Mano Gobencion senior salesman is awesome smooth transition , it was like dealing with a friend, no pressure very honest. I did shop around with other Acura dealers . The price on a 2019 RDX I received from all where similar. To be honest him making us feel comfortable was 50% part of why we bought the car..

Park Ave Acura makes the process of buying and leasing a car a pleasure. There is no game playing or "let me go talk to my manager" waiting. They explain the deals that they have after considering your budget. They let you test drive any and all cars you want to. This is my fourth purchase/lease with Park Avenue and I have always been serviced by Curtis Lewis. He and I had been communicating via telephone and email for at least a month. Once we made a decision what we wanted yesterday we went and ran some errands while Curt handled everything else, insurance, registration, plates and return of current vehicle and waiving of overage mileage. When we returned to the dealership we cleaned out our old car and then met with Jorge to finalize the financing. Jorge is friendly and efficient in handling the financing end of the deal. The entire process took us approximately 2 hours and 45 minutes. We love(d) each Acura that we have leased. The TLX is our favorite. Sometimes we consider trying other manufacturers but the experience in other dealerships draws us back to Park Ave and Curtis Lewis. Thank you Curtis for an nice productive day yesterday. We love the new TLX!

This was one of the easiest car purchases that I have ever made. From the moment I walked in the door until I drove the car off the lot everything was handled professionally and I’m a timely manner. Justin Felix, the salesman I worked with was knowledgeable and helpful. What I liked most about him is that he was not pushy at all. Letting me make decisions without upselling or constantly being in my face.

I've purchased and leased over 10 cars in my life and so far working with Curt at Park Ave Acura is hands-down the BEST transaction I've done! I knew that I wanted to get back into an Acura now that I was looking for a least and shopped around and did my research. Curt comes in highly recommended via the internet and the reviews are true. Out of all the dealers I was working with, he was the only one who was super responsive, extremely professional, and transparent and honest. After some back and forth, Curt followed up and provided me with the best deal on a TLX and takes time to provide numbers and details. Mind you, I've didn't meet Curt until the pickup and he's friendly, professional, and just has an easy going vibe. I was in and out the dealer in about 22 minutes! Met with Jimmy at finance, who is just as professional, friendly and easy going as Curt. The whole team at Park Ave is just some of the classiest folks I've ever dealt with!Bottom line, if you are looking for an Acura but hate dealing with car salespersons, just do yourself a favor and reach out to Curt. He will take care of you, give you the best deal, and make the purchase experience a memorable one. Take it from me who's done this over and over again. I will definitely be getting another Acura from Curt and Park Ave when my lease is up!

Went to this dealership from Connecticut to purchase a car. Everyone seemed very uptight and unwilling to negociate much as if they were top notch and the vehicle I wanted was sitting there for over 250 days. Bought the car anyways and I now have an unregistered vehicle because they failed to tell me I needed to complete a vin verification in Connecticut and send back to them to be able to use my transferred plates that they said they could do and were paid $188 to do... my temp plate expired on 8/9/18. I called and was told by my salesman he would find out what was going on and call me in the morning. I had to call him at 1p to learn he needed a vin verification. He took no fault in this and said a new temp plate could not be reissued. I went through last minute trouble to get this done and pay to overnight the document to him, which was due to be there 8/10/18 by 1030a. He promised they would overnight my registration back to me. Well it didn’t happen... I called the used car manager, no response. Horrible business

My lease was ending in few months and I had been in touch with Curt Lewis already because I worked with him 3 years ago on my first Acura lease of an MDX (5 Star Service then). From application, to car delivery it was smooth and seamless. On day of pickup of the new and surrender of the old leased vehicles, it was efficient - car and paperwork ready. They even had the registration and plates on the new MDX. I always had 1st leased vehicle serviced at Park Avenue and from all aspects they do things right. James in finance went over the numbers and breakdown as well.A++ all around. As long as I’m with Acura (which I’ve been very pleased with) Curt Lewis is my guy.

I loved doing business with this dealership. I was interested in buying or leasing a 2019 RDX. I called two or three other dealerships in NY and no one wanted to give me a price over the phone. Curt was very helpful . He got back to me right away and gave me the ball-park numbers and set up a day to meet me. He knows the vehicles and all the features they offer like the back of his hand. I was just going in to look but after talking to Curt, I was sold! I had a great experience and will definitely go back once my lease is up.
