Client Review on Parda Federal Credit Union

Feedback:

Lori is great she made me feel good about being a member and having a shared secured acct. but overall i feel hesitant to grow with them i got push back and i was made feel doubtful as to seek ways to enhance my credit etc and didnt really get thorough service to see how they could help me. But outside of that 3 stars bc the atms are old looking the app is decent but needs to feel lees clunky and bc the contact center made me feel that because I was calling with questions about my account rates. I work late hours so branches were closed s i had to call in as a new member like I was bothering them and they were quick to throw it in my face that I had called on other occasions asking questions about my account and I felt offended wondering why you’re bringing that up when we’re talking about completely different stuff if I didn’t have a loan with them I probably would have closed my membership. And now if i call my wait times are wayy longer like 8-10mins to speak with someone so i use my lunch break to got to the branch for servicing bc well thats how it seems.
