I was very upset with paramount because of my lost two consumer agent but on Friday I call got AF, been so upset with my pass agent I thought that she was just the same,but I was so wrong, even though I was very upset n giving her a attitude, she maintained her high level of professionalism, she allow me to vent, then she spoke to me very calm at no point did she ever say she was going to cut off the call as what happened with the personnel I spoke with last, AF you are a great person with warm personality n the business world need people like you, I would recommend, that you start a business school that will train extremely high customer agent.
