I barrow money to go to school to drive trucks...keeping my payments up......Hurricane Flo came and we were trapped for two weeks no electricity or real food ...when I was able I contacted them told them I haven't been to work and don't know when I can...and basically I was told that was no reason why your payment was late and I asked to have it pushed back a month ....and the answer was No...and it would be in default if I did my pay by the 10th...basically all they care about is the money.

I was very upset with paramount because of my lost two consumer agent but on Friday I call got AF, been so upset with my pass agent I thought that she was just the same,but I was so wrong, even though I was very upset n giving her a attitude, she maintained her high level of professionalism, she allow me to vent, then she spoke to me very calm at no point did she ever say she was going to cut off the call as what happened with the personnel I spoke with last, AF you are a great person with warm personality n the business world need people like you, I would recommend, that you start a business school that will train extremely high customer agent. Thank you for your super professionalism.

Everybody was so nice in the beginning but then life happened and I fell behind ans those very same "nice" folks turned into the rudest ever! Professionalism goes out the window when they not receiving money and no one will work with you. They will blow your phone up and leave threatening voicemails like the ones I have saved .Can't wait to get away from these crooks !!
