It's unfortunate that my credit score was never raised as originally promised by Luke. Due to a short sale during the recession my credit score had gone below 700. I had found Luke on BBB and he had a A+ rating and I thought that maybe this person can help. He had originally promised me that he can help me to raise my score to at least 725 on September 2014. After a lot of talk about his background and how he got screwed in the past by the credit bureaus, he had promised to help me and told me he'd have my scores back to 725 after six months. To his credit, he did send out letters to dispute some issues on my account and got some things deleted which didn't help raise my score. Ultimately, he failed to deliver on his promise. In fact, my scores did not increase after an entire year since he started his service. His response was that the contract never specified that he would actually raise my score to his verbally promised level of 725 which is true. So I caution that anyone using any so-called credit repair service that you get whatever they promised you in writing so that they actually do what they claim.
