Hi my name is Jawad, and few years back my credit history and score was below 500. I didn't know what to do at that point due high call volume receiving from the collection agencies everyday. I really got tired of that and I started to search Google on how a credit history can be fixed and at that point I saw Luke Pappas as one of the top credit builder that was listed. So I called him, we agreed on the fees and pulled up my credit report and saw TOO MANY credit cards sent to collection agencies and he told me we have a lot of work to do. He started sending letters to the credit buries and I started to calling all of these agencies to settle down with them for a lot less then the asking settlement per Pappas advice. He did his work from his part and I did from my part and after a year or so all of the negative items were deleted from my credit history and my credit score went up to 715 after a lot of work being done and of course you do have to spend some money beside Luke's fees. I couldn't get approved for a $300 credit card back then but now I get 20-30k for a credit card invitation from different credit card companies with approval. I would definitely recommend Luke to any one who's having the same issue because he's that person who can turn everything around for you. Thanks for everything Luke.

I am very impressed with their service, honesty, and hard work put into our overall situation. They are very personable, understanding, and never once have we felt like a number, I would say, more like family. They began working on our situation immediately upon receiving all the information they needed from us and the results thus far have been nothing short of astounding! I cannot begin to thank Luke and his family of employees for everything they have and are doing for us. If someone were to ask me if I would hire them again, I would say, " In a heartbeat!" My husband and I are wanting to buy a home. His credit score was a 556. Our loan agent referred us to Pappas Processing. June 2, 2015 we hired Luke. We did everything he asked us to do. August 24th I called Luke just to see if he could tell where we were. He had me pull a "soft" score and my husband's score had jumped to 667. I called the loan agent and he pulled a hard score and it was actually 677!!!!. Needless to say we are ecstatic and we are in the market now to purchase our home. Thank you Pappas Processing and Luke for your hard work. You will get an invitation to my open house!

It's unfortunate that my credit score was never raised as originally promised by Luke. Due to a short sale during the recession my credit score had gone below 700. I had found Luke on BBB and he had a A+ rating and I thought that maybe this person can help. He had originally promised me that he can help me to raise my score to at least 725 on September 2014. After a lot of talk about his background and how he got screwed in the past by the credit bureaus, he had promised to help me and told me he'd have my scores back to 725 after six months. To his credit, he did send out letters to dispute some issues on my account and got some things deleted which didn't help raise my score. Ultimately, he failed to deliver on his promise. In fact, my scores did not increase after an entire year since he started his service. His response was that the contract never specified that he would actually raise my score to his verbally promised level of 725 which is true. So I caution that anyone using any so-called credit repair service that you get whatever they promised you in writing so that they actually do what they claim.

Very Professional, Never have to wait for a response, I can send Luke an email and always have a response within 15-30 min, Im all about that. Oh ya and he did wonders restoring my credit A+++.

When I called I wanted to know I wasn't going to be taken advantage of. Seeing that they were A rated thru the better business bureau and state licensed helped reassure me to use them. They have great customer service and competively priced also and I am so glad I choose them!
