Stopped here to open an account. I read the previous reviews and yes they are true and describe the sad state of this branch. I was given the impression that Oriental is pushing a concept towards an all remote/online service. It seems that Oriental or this branch discourages a walk-in market, or want to phase it out somehow even if you are already a customer. Nothing about this online but there is an appt tool for this and all branches. Should be disclosed as it feels rude and cold since customers or potential customers are discouraged. I ended up leaving and calling. The receptionist had forgotten I was even there until I told her, never noticed I left. No care at all here, be cold and then you will get the way they operate, no customer service. If you can handle that it’s for you but it begins on-line not face to face. ✌️💃
