Feedback:

Very helpful people, however the customer base seems to have outgrown the branches ability to provide efficient and timely service. Plan on a 30 minute wait to talk to someone other than a teller. This includes first waiting in the teller line only to check in to the another queue in order to see another employee regarding any banking needs beyond a simple deposit or withdrawal you may have. There is no option in pre-scheduling appointments. It’s very difficult for anyone working a 9-5 job to bank in a timely manner.

Feedback:

I had some poor customer service with them but corporate was surprisingly helpful with my problems!

Feedback:

Not for the regular Joe. This bank is only interested in your money, not helping you. If you have lots of money, check it out. Bet they love you.

Feedback:

Be sure you count your money when you deposit and tell them how much there is because they will say some of the money went "missing" and tell you there was less. I make hardly any money and it's hard to live month to month, so just trying save other people time and money. I reccomend getting a pre-paid visa card to pay bills instead of going through them.

Feedback:

The only problem I have with this place is I have direct deposit set up for my paychecks but if I get paid on the weekend the check doesn't go through until Monday...Considering switching because my coworkers that have a bank vs a credit union get paid on Friday vs Monday...

Feedback:

I don't get how anyone can give less than 5 stars ! Been with them years and always a simple, accurate, polite transaction, And ,free notary, And free checking !!!

Feedback:

I was treated terribly today. I was depositing money for my aging parent and had her debit card. I didn't realize that was an issue. After I left they cancelled her card. What an awful, juvenile teller. Someday she will have an aging parent and I hope she remembers how she treated me.

Feedback:

I have accounts at OSU CU as it's local and because my long-term credit union is in Eugene, so I use shared banking often. In general, the branch tellers and such are helpful and do a fine job. My complaint is with the "updated" ATMs...the shared banking option necessitates quite a bit of ATM use as I deposit my paycheck thru the machines and get my cash. Since the "upgrade" of the chip card reader "technology" in this credit union's ATMs, the whole song-and-dance to get my card accepted to make a transaction is absolutely ridiculous. And only allowing a single transaction per card insertion is tedious at best. Surely in this day and age of technology, a better solution can be found? Back in the 1980s, I worked at a Savings and Loan; when all the branches had the new-fangled ATMs installed, they worked better and more smoothly than those of the "modern" 21st century OSU Credit Union! I primarily use the machine belonging to the branch at the Heritage Mall. Ugh.

(Translated by Google) Very good bank (Original) Muy buen banco

Feedback:

For a long time this was the nearest credit union atm available to me, so I visited regularly. Drive up and walk up available. Notary is 10 bucks unless you're a member.
