Client Review on OrderMate POS

A gain of trust....We are editing our review upwards from our previous one a couple of months back and we are happy about it! And here’s why!!Ordermate is a clear leader in the POS market in Australia and that comes with lots of challenging issues. It’s now becoming a very quickly evolving technology based service industry in the retail market and we are sure to understand how difficult it is to keep all levels of that moving forward from Ordermate to Customers being us, the end users and our customers. My previous review was based on after service from Ordermate predominantly and the challenge to assist us when required, something that was noted, but lagging with getting addressed. Since then and with some discussion from the area of support, that is definitely and noticeably changing, just like my review of this company. I have always maintained that the Ordermate products are fantastic and give more than what’s required, there’s no issue there, they have listened to feedback and definitely addressing this issue and am sure like the products they offer, the after service will meet that expectation also. I am going to be true to ourselves for giving this review of 4 Stars, because as we as a business have seen a shift in the way our interactions and resolutions have been on point, the small amount of time since this has been less than long enough to feel completely confident and have the highest level of trust to give a 5 Star review just yet. It is definitely moving to a higher review as it does tick many boxes, and again should a longer period of time continue to reassure us with the positives of what we are experiencing, we will edit our review accordingly. Well done Ordermate, thank you for listening and giving us a great product and improved service, it’s all up to you guys to continue to get the 5’s from us.
