---Update July 2018---I emailed the person in the response to my original review, shortly after their VP had reached out to me about my experience there and swiftly took care of the problem as well as shared their intentions to possibly improve this location. The way they handled the issue I ran into I have to say in my experience with banks was exceptional. It's just too bad it took a bad google review to get that attention, the staff inside really don't have much power or escalation for these problems I believe so I guess the review making it this far makes sense. I can only hope they make the improvements, because it's definitely inconvenient if you can't access even both the 24 hour atms.---Original Review---Saturday afternoon sign says door after hours swiper for lobby ATM is down to use 24 hour drive thru ATM but can because that crappy ATM was down to. This happens so much at this location bad systems, slow smartphone app and, the website is just as bad takes a year to login stuck at their SSL login loading. Time to move on to a new bank this has been going on for so long, if they moved away from their old software this would be a better bank. Hire a new developer!
