Feedback:

Got a car loan. Very easy and stress free.

Feedback:

Changed to NW a number of years ago because other banks and credit unions were to difficult to deal with. The employees are friendly, helpful, and polite. I have had loans and the are usually the best deal interest wise. There on line banking is easy to use and if you have questions they have always taken the time to explain and assist.

Feedback:

Absolutely and utterly incompetent. Incorrectly reported to credit agencies. Took an act of God to get help. They only want to hold your money and fee you.

Feedback:

Used to be a good place to go then I talked to Pauline. I had money in a bank account and I'd accidentally set up auto pay for a student loan out of another account. It over drafted my account. I got hundreds of dollars in fees. I called because nothing like this had happened before in my decade plus account history with them. Dispite my heartfelt apology for the inconvenience and explanation for the mix up they refused to help me with the fees. (This wasn't due to lack of funds as I had them in a different acct at same bank) Time to get a better bank, bye! Terrible customer service there are much better credit unions go to one of those that allow you to build rapport and don't treat you like a second class citizen if you make one accounting error in ten years!

Feedback:

Always very helpful.

Feedback:

They wouldn't give cash to non members, I was trying to make a simple car payment and it wasn't completed because It was a waste of time!!!😩😠😠😤😤

Feedback:

Always had great service here even tho I was a shared branch customer. I heard a buz about their customers upset for having to wait for "Non" members to be helped, but they were always friendly and helpful. They even put in a kiosk for the shared members to appease the regular members. Showed me how to use, and helped me get familiar with it. I use it all the time and they always smile and say hello when I come in. I say Bravo to them for finding a solution (at their expense)! Shame on the regular customers tho...I would never have complained about other people just because they were from a different credit union.

Feedback:

Terrible customer service. I wish I would have checked reviews prior to entering building. Although I was using the shared ATM, it would have been a great opportunity for the manager to attact new business. Instead, they could not be bothered to break a twenty. Nothing has changed.

Feedback:

Awful customer service. No one would help me use the shared branching on their atm. I tried for 10 mins.

Feedback:

This rating is for shared, co-op banking only. Maybe members of this specific credit union experience better service, but I wouldn't bet on it. When I walked in and told them I am with a co-op credit union, the teller directed me to the atm in the back of the branch, and told me that all co-op banking is to be done at the atm. While standing there as the third person in line, I spent the next 5 minutes alternating my view between the back of the head of the person in front of me, and the two tellers who were carrying on a useless conversation while at their computers. Why are you even part of the co-op network? Please remove your credit union from the network, and make us all happier.
