The worst customer service ever. You should be so ashamed of how you treat your customers. Hire some rocks from outside and they would treat customers better. Pathetic! Every time I have ever called for service /it's down/ or I can't be help because of /said excuse/. Couldn't access my account because apparently only people with 603 phone numbers exist where my phone number doesn't begin with 603 EVER but you deny me service to my money because you guys put the wrong number in. Can't access online because you guys didn't reset the password. Why did the password need to be reset? Because they set me up with the wrong bank account. PATHETIC. Oh my god I'm dying here with how unintelligent some of you people are. Just spoke to Daniel and Erica who were kind enough to repeat themselves like broken records that they can't help me take money out of my account even though the funds are available. I asked them if they even had my account info in front of them or simply what my name was and Erica just stumbled upon her words that she didn't know. Wow. Who are you people??? Embarrassing! I'm taking my money somewhere else.
