Feedback:

I have been happy in the past with North Star..but the new app to get online is aweful. It's locked me out again for the 6th time. So in order to get it unlocked I have to call the credit union and ask them to unlock it. On a weekend I need access to it and can't because you aren't open until Monday. I predominantly use the online application to view, make transfers and do balance checks. But even when I set the account up to recognize my laptop inevitably it will go back to asking me the security image/questions after a couple of weeks and then even when I answer them correctly it locks me out. It's too frustrating..I'm thinking about doing more with our other accounts with other financial institutions at this point.

The staff knows everyone by name and they do their best to make sure you are happy. I highly recommend them.

Local community credit union. Staff knows almost everyone by name and is helpful. Convenient location in the downtown area. Nice drive through banking option. As with all banking be aware of terms and conditions with and transactions. Good bank for personal accounts or small business. Not as many options for large online banking needs.

I have been a member for about 10 yrs. And the staff has always been beyond helpful ! If they know you by name they greet you by your name. Jolene goes above and beyond to make sure every member is happy. It's the best place in Cook,mn to do your banking. They also have a student credit union in the local School, which is nice for students with accounts.

Staff handles customers very poorly in a rude or unprofessional manner. Communication skills lack. I would not recommend for business accounts or personal accounts.
