Very disappointed in this branch. I have lost faith for local credit unions because of this branch. I am not a direct member of the North Jersey Federal Credit Union, however my credit union is considered a shared branch therefore acts as I am a member. Today I was turned down for an essential banking transaction because I needed a letter of approval from my credit union. I called my credit union and they stated there is no such thing because they are shared branches. They have access to my account. When I supplied that information to them all I received was a shrug. Now I am leaving closing all of my credit union accounts and going back to an actual bank.

Absolutely amazing staff. I want to thank Mary Perez ( Consumer processor) and Nancy Cintron (Member service representative) for all their professional help in terms of opening an account and getting a loan in such a ease. Mary was very helpful since the day I spoke to her on call. She was very professional and explained everything in details, which made it very easy for me to be a part of NJFCU. I would recommend my friends to this facility for sure.

I’ve been a member for over five years with this bank. And I am by far displeased with the services that I have been receiving lately. I applied for a credit card literally almost a month ago, got approved and never received my card. And every time I inquire on what’s taking the card so long to come I get the runaround and told it will be 7-10 business days until I get the card. Very terrible service.
