I have had an account at North Coast for over 11 years. I recently went in with my husband to see about adding him to my account to cash his paycheck (his license had been stolen). Despite having his birth certificate, social security card AND an old expired driver's license, they refused to assist us in any way. I like a financial institution that is a bit more personable. I was truly shocked and actually a little embarrassed for them!! I am in the process of changing where I bank-my direct deposit will be changed first thing in the morning to Key Bank in Burlington-they were able to help us. And yes, North Coast online banking IS extremely outdated and essentially useless!
