Online banking outdated by at least 10 years, barely usable. If interest rates are any indication they should be able to afford better. Dysfunctional at best.

Super accommodating institution. I've believed in Credit Unions since a child, and am thrilled that I have been able to continue on with them as a business for 32 years now! They have worked with me over these decades to make them our best, flexible banking partner possible. Thank you!!

Trash. My card is actively reported as fraud when im using it and i thought i told them to change that.

Got a good rate on an auto loan but this is the worst bank i've ever had to deal with. For some reason i cannot login to my account everytime i try and then i get locked out and have ro wait 10 munites while they unlock my account before changing my password. They repeatedly charge an old payment acount when my bills are due and so the payments are returned. Nobody can tell me anything about why they keep doing this, and now they wont let me make payments online.

I have had an account at North Coast for over 11 years. I recently went in with my husband to see about adding him to my account to cash his paycheck (his license had been stolen). Despite having his birth certificate, social security card AND an old expired driver's license, they refused to assist us in any way. I like a financial institution that is a bit more personable. I was truly shocked and actually a little embarrassed for them!! I am in the process of changing where I bank-my direct deposit will be changed first thing in the morning to Key Bank in Burlington-they were able to help us. And yes, North Coast online banking IS extremely outdated and essentially useless!

North Coast Credit Union is wonderful. The tellers are kind, personable, and knowledgable. They all have great attitudes and put the customers first. I have been A member for over two years and have had many questions that have all been answered and explained. Plus no hidden fees! If your looking for a credit union who will make you feel welcomed take the time to explain your concerns then you’ll have no regrets coming here.

My mother is 85 years old with a credit score of 835, and she was declined by North Coast for a credit card! This is a person that has never had a late payment in her life, and is now on a fixed income, with a healthy savings account. AARP recently published an article exposing the dangers of using debit cards instead of a credit cards, and the fraud risks, etc. so she decided that she should get one through her credit union. She was shocked when she was declined, and at her age, took this personal. I called the credit union to try to explain the situation, and help get this resolved. She explained to me that a couple of them took a look at her application and made the decision. I tried to explain her situation to the woman I spoke with, and ask for help to resolve this so that my mother did not feel offended. While she was pleasant on the phone, she clearly had no empathy for my mother. There is absolutely no reason that her application should have been declined, other than her age and a fixed income were obviously taken into account. I would not recommend North Coast Credit Union to anyone, and we will be closing out her account. I am also on her account, and was considering moving my accounts. I am glad that I experienced their real customer service in time to avoid that mistake. Poor judgment calls!
