I’ve been waiting since MAY for the title to a vehicle I purchased from a private owner that took a title loan out with this place and I paid the balance off myself and Katie confirmed that the final payment had been received. I was told in June that she (Katie) mailed a letter off to me and that she was contacting corporate about the title here we are in the middle of July and I still haven’t received a letter or anything. Nobody answers the phones when you call. Katie has NO customer service skills at all her attitude is smug and very disrespectful. DO NOT do business with this awful people unless you want to be told a bunch of lies and never get calls back.
