The employee was incredibly rude. She made a nasty comment when we walked out after not pursuing a loan. They require full address of every reference. When I didn’t know them she made a bitchy comment when I didn’t want to bother my family and friends in the middle of the day. Won’t be going back!

Lies, upon lies everytime i talk to someone here! I made arrangements for my payment. They took the money out the next day instead of the agreed date. Then, when i called, the person acted all dumbfounded and claimed they didn't see anything in the notes. Lies, everything is in the notes.

I’ve been waiting since MAY for the title to a vehicle I purchased from a private owner that took a title loan out with this place and I paid the balance off myself and Katie confirmed that the final payment had been received. I was told in June that she (Katie) mailed a letter off to me and that she was contacting corporate about the title here we are in the middle of July and I still haven’t received a letter or anything. Nobody answers the phones when you call. Katie has NO customer service skills at all her attitude is smug and very disrespectful. DO NOT do business with this awful people unless you want to be told a bunch of lies and never get calls back.

I made a payment the day before my loan was due, and I have proof of it. The next day, the take out another payment. I’ve called SEVERAL times today and have been talking to them sense yesterday morning and nothing is solved. The lady Katy, is very rude and hung up on me. I asked for the supervisors number, and she said “She’ll call you” and then hung up. I’m VERY angry right now. And not sure of what to do.

Been trying to get in touch with them for over an hour. No answering machine, they told me they would be there when we got there. Waited over 2 hours they never showed up, that's not a very professional way of doing business.. Need to hire people that are going to be in the office or post it that your closed not open..

They have called me 15 times looking for Tisha but i live in St. Louis and have never been to this place. I told them they have the wrong number countless of times but they kept calling.
