Client Review on Nedbank Randridge

Feedback:

Phoned to speak to Investment banker, told on training. So I asked the one who answered the phone when will they be back, and are they there Saturday? This one says what is the problem with my investment? I asked her why and does she know anything about it? NO is her answer she can put me through to someone else, Ok I said, only to be told "Sorry he is busy right now!" Asked for the manager refused to put me through. Anyway typical of Nedbank Randridge - Why? Changes investment bankers again and we are None the Wiser, Yet they claim their commission, but do not look after us as investors/clientsPathetic & frustrating having to run after my money!!
