Worst branch service ever! Was told by the receptionist that I had enquired incorrectly so I waitewaited in the queue for nothing. Nedbank pledge is utter Bs!! They did not smile or direct anyone. How rude of a client facing staff member!

Phoned to speak to Investment banker, told on training. So I asked the one who answered the phone when will they be back, and are they there Saturday? This one says what is the problem with my investment? I asked her why and does she know anything about it? NO is her answer she can put me through to someone else, Ok I said, only to be told "Sorry he is busy right now!" Asked for the manager refused to put me through. Anyway typical of Nedbank Randridge - Why? Changes investment bankers again and we are None the Wiser, Yet they claim their commission, but do not look after us as investors/clientsPathetic & frustrating having to run after my money!!

Que for enquiries 28 min long. Only 1 teller open. Manager is walking around doing nothing, tell him we only have a simple question... He keeps quiet and stares blankly and walks the other way. It's disgusting...
