Overall Feedback:

Why are the staff here so unhappy?? Been to other Nedbank branches and this by far was the worst. Their systems were offline today (which understandably was not their fault). Came back after an hour and the system was still offline. Before I could even tell the lady what my mum needed to get done, she sent us to another staff to assist, only when I refused and asked her to listen to what we needed, she helped me. Nedbank requires you to go to the branch and sort out every little hiccup you have, yet when you go through to the branch, they can't assist you because systems are offline. These staff (specifically Nedbank Pavilion) provide a service as if it's pro bono. Thank God I bank with Standard Bank.
