Nedbanks phone services are not great, you are lucky if you get an answer. However, I recently opened up a business account in branch at the Carlswald centre and it has been surprisingly pleasant. I have to acknowledge the assistance provided by my business banker Marcus Seutlwetse who has explained everything to me in detail and is always timely in responding to my emails to fix any issues I may have.
