It can be busy on a Saturday, but someone comes to greet you on arrival and find out the nature of your visit. You then get helped immediately (if it's really quick) or you get given a ticket and can sit while waiting for your number to come up. Efficient customer management, comfortable environment, and the staff are friendly, helpful and seem genuinely interested in making your visit as quick and successful as possible.

Nedbanks phone services are not great, you are lucky if you get an answer. However, I recently opened up a business account in branch at the Carlswald centre and it has been surprisingly pleasant.
