Client Review on NBKC Bank

Feedback:

These people are rude, unhelpful and made me feel stupid. I had opened up a new account and used their mobile deposit service thinking that it would be like any other bank and I would receive my funds the next business day. They put my funds on hold for over a week and when I questioned them they said there was nothing they could do and that I should have read their fine print more carefully. In addition, I never received my checks or debit card which had been “processed” over a month ago and was never notified of any efforts on their part to try to rectify the situation. If I could give a 0 star rating I would because this is the worst bank I have ever worked with. Don’t bank here unless you feel like being taken for a ride and wasting your time.
