Complete JOKE of a company. Because of complete poor customer service I will be refinancing with a different company, TODAY. I sent a check in the mail to make my payment just like I do every month because they charge you outrageous amounts to pay over the phone or online. I called in to assure my check would get there on time to avoid a penalty payment and the man on the phone assured me it would get there on time and if it didnt, he told me he would call me the day before so i could make a payment over the phone. That didnt happen, the check was cashed ONE day late and i was charged a ridiculous amount. I have NEVER been late on a payment and i pay extra every month. The woman on the phone told me she "doesnt control the mail" what you could control is one of your employees telling me i wouldnt be charged a late fee. What a joke. I will be sure to tell everyone i know never to use this company. Which has grounds because i work for an insurance company and my Father owns a car dealership. Boy, are they in for a surprise. I should have refinanced long ago.. By the way, they dont offer there own refinancing. Surprise Surprise. Stear Clear.
