Feedback:

After much research I chose this company for card processing for my new startup because of their high customer service ratings. I have not been disappointed. In fact I've been very impressed. A small issue came up soon after opening my account and it was dealt with quickly and generously. Glad I chose National Processing.

this company has overcharged a 1000 dollars sense i thru them out rhey keep claiming i am not one of there customers while there marketing company keeps calling to offer lines of credit worse company in the history of credit cARD PROCESSING

This company keeps calling me saying they are looking for people that I have never heard of. These people have the same last name of me, yet I’ve never met them. This company calls private a lot. I have asked them to never call me again, but they still do. I think this company is phishing for my personal information. It’s very uncomfortable.

National Processing tried to collect an unwarranted early termination fee. After repeated emails and lots of wasted time, National Processing finally reviewed the contract and realized I negotiated out of that fee (There was never an early termination fee in my contract with them). I've never had a harder time canceling an account with any Company I have ever dealt with, nor have I wasted more time canceling an account. You have been warned.

I was a referral partner for National Processing and my experience was a good one. They are a great company with great rates, no contracts, and great customer service. I did however switch to another company and wanted my father's personal business moved and was under the impression that they would allow me to reprogram the machine my father owns to the other processor. Most companies can remove the certificate from the machine no problem as long as they consent to it and give instructions for removal. This merchant went through First Data and they said the same thing. They couldn't help us but the merchant could with approval. The new company I am with also explained that in 18 years they have never seen a company that was unsure of how to get a certificate removed. The company referred us back to First Data in a circle. I have worked with First Data and removed certificates no problem. Now the person I spoke with at National Processing was nice but the company and what they said did not make me very impressed. There is no reason why a company needs to make it so difficult to allow a customer who owns a machine to be able to switch out who uses the generic machine.

I've been with 4 different CC processors over the years and Josh from National Processing is by far the most effective, honest(I didn't know it was even possible in that industry!) and on-top-of-it sales rep I've ever worked with. Transparent, no contract and they saved us several hundred dollars per month OVER the best rate I found on my own after exhaustive research. Call Josh!
