if only I could give negative stars, I would. I'm a current customer and I've been on hold with customer service for exactly two hours. I just hung up. While waiting I called sales and someone answered the phone after two rings.

I subscribed to their service for my small business. They gave me a 1099-k, but NONE of the funds they collected from my customers.

Do not expect phone mail system to work. Spent 40 min trying to get simple answer to simple question. Presently trying to verify answer I did finally get. Will let you know.

I canceled and never used it for and been calling for past year to ask them why they still charging me if the account is cancelled they keep saying they will stop it but to send mail and run around and still not canceled THIS IS A FRAUD CREDIT CARD COMPANY WITH RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE LIARS AND THIS SHOULD BE REPORTED AND INVESTIGATED ANYONE ELSE HAVING THIS PROBLEM AND WANTS TO FILES A LAWSUIT SEND ME AN EMAIL. BECAUSE I'M TAKING THESE THIEVES TO COURT.

Worst Credit Card processing company to deal with. Too many fees to count and even understand. Customer Service that will hang up on you and gives the run around. As a business owner I don't have time to sit on the phone for days at a time to get an answer nor do I have the resources to pay for their outrageous fees!

This company should be investigated and the officers be sent to jail, they have the worst or anything else that is lower than that, they work in collaboration with a company that rents credit card machine and together they are perpetuating the biggest fraud to small business owners. They make the business feel as if it is a privilege to do business with them because they represent Walmart, Kmart etc. The fact of the matter they charge $120 a month for equipment rental and they insist that you sign a four years contract you end up paying $5760 for a machine that you can buy online for $750, then you end up with a contract with the processing company, National Processing Co for the same period. There are companies out there who would do the processing for a month to month basis for a far less fee, TSYS is one of those companies. All the customer service reps I spoke to are very rude and try to make you feel stupid and that there are no solution in favor of the customer, the customer is always wrong. I even try to escalate a situation where the company they work with issued me a PCI compliant certificate, they are claiming it is only a questionnaire even though it clearly states that the questionnaire have met PCI compliance

Don't do business with this company. No one can answer a question or help you with ANYTHING... NO ONE will tell you what a fee is for. No one can help you with equipment. you can hold for 34 min and get disconnected... Fee and Fee and more fees.... This company SUCKS !!
