This company calls constantly, sometimes 2-3 times a day. When they call they will "mask" their number with phone numbers of random, legitimate people so if you try calling back you will get a "cannot be called as dialed" or will literally get, in one of our cases, a little old lady who had her number used. Last Tuesday, election day, they called and I ask to be removed from their call list and the woman literally laughed and said "sorry, I can do that, but, it's election day, go vote". When I called back the number it's when I got the old lady. So they called again this week and I agreed to meet with their sale person just so I could get a business card so I could finally find out who has been calling over and over. When I basically told the salesperson he should get a job with a company who doesn't have shady sales tactics, I had one of their main sales agents call me and basically complain because I had their only salesperson in the area just come in so I could "berate" them. Wow. Also, they recorded my call without my consent or saying the call was being recorded. So, not only do they break the "no call list' law, but, record without consent. I am in the process of gathering as much info as possible to file legal complaints.
