I was scammed by my "consultant" he was very sneaky about the rates, the monthly payment ( he said my equipment was free) and that i would save $400 a month. I signed the contract two weeks ago, still haven't gotten a copy of it, and now the things he told me when i signed it, I am finding out were lies. I need to get out of this contract, but not sure how since i don't have the paperwork. HELP!!!

This company calls constantly, sometimes 2-3 times a day. When they call they will "mask" their number with phone numbers of random, legitimate people so if you try calling back you will get a "cannot be called as dialed" or will literally get, in one of our cases, a little old lady who had her number used. Last Tuesday, election day, they called and I ask to be removed from their call list and the woman literally laughed and said "sorry, I can do that, but, it's election day, go vote". When I called back the number it's when I got the old lady. So they called again this week and I agreed to meet with their sale person just so I could get a business card so I could finally find out who has been calling over and over. When I basically told the salesperson he should get a job with a company who doesn't have shady sales tactics, I had one of their main sales agents call me and basically complain because I had their only salesperson in the area just come in so I could "berate" them. Wow. Also, they recorded my call without my consent or saying the call was being recorded. So, not only do they break the "no call list' law, but, record without consent. I am in the process of gathering as much info as possible to file legal complaints.

Got a call from them today and hung up. They called back in 2 minutes and the guy is talking in a different accent this time. I leave my phone hanging around in silence and he starts cussing me out and then begins to freestyle rap. LOL what a joke of a company!

Avoid doing any business we this company, they are not transparent and will lock you in a contract with first data for 48 months with First Data without your knowledge.Abstengase de hacer ningun negocio con esta compañia no son transparentes y te involucran en un contrato de 48 meses con First Data sin ponerlo en conocimiento, solo te das cuenta despues de firmar.

At the beginning, I was so glad I signed the contract with this company at fix rate that save me at least three hundreds a month. Half year later, that was note under the statement stated they will increase my rate due to cost. I didn't understand I was told in order to lock in fix rate that I had to sign the contract. I called the office. The reprenstive was so rude. I addressed my concerns; and they did not care that they told me I can channel anytime. Of course I had to pay the penalty. I am looking to switch to other company. Again, this month under the statement states they will increase rate again.......
