The Rep that came to us lied about everything!!!! We were told that there is a zero contract with this company and that is what makes them so different. He also lied and said we would not be charged during Dec, Jan and Feb because it was our slow time. He said that he has set up other company's like that in the area. Its called seasonal business. I was charged 103.66 and another fee of 48.63 on Dec 1 so that was a lie. I called the company and he said that was it was not on our application at all. I saw him write it down. I was also left with a copy of and application for a check reader that we do not have not the application for the credit card machine. I said I wanted to cancel this then and that is when I found out I had to pay $292.00 to cancel and it was set up as a 3 year contract. Again Lie, Lie Lie. If anyone has this company call them or come in RUN!!!!! All they do is lie and take your money.

Feedback:

Business owners beware!! I got conned into signing up with this company under the understanding I had a no obligation contract. My husband decided he did not want to change our credit card services over to National Debit Card Network so we never hooked up the machines. Not only did I get charged $295 for an early termination fee but I was charged $.92 in fees for them to run a $.01 test transaction that was never deposited into my account. Do the math. Those charges for a penny transaction will not save you any money in credit card processing!!

Feedback:

This place is so unorganized. We almost went with them and they were setting everything up. In that time. They set up the wrong account, the man who was working on our account quit and nobody stepped up to take our account, we got a hold of someone new in company and they set up account wrong also. We decided they don't care so we went with someone else. To this day I m still getting emails and calls and I have asked to be removed from all communication. I still get about 3 calls a week. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone unless you are trying to go out of business yourself .

FAKE

Feedback:

Harassing phone calls, claiming they can save you 20%-40% on all credit card transactions without even knowing my business. The smell of a scam is strong with this one.

Feedback:

stay away. trust me very dishonest workplace

Feedback:

Constantly calling asking if we take credit cards. We have repeatedly asked for them to take us off their do not call list. Apparently they need to research what customer service means. Constantly calling and not doing what prospective customers want isn't a way to gain business. Their rude representatives that talk over you while you are speaking is a negative as well. I wish I could make them stop calling!

Feedback:

National Debit Card Network sent a representative to my business to pitch us on using them for our credit and debit processing. Before they came out, I told the scheduler that we billed entirely online, and had no physical point of sale terminal. The rep they sent out had zero knowledge of their online system at all, and tried to muddle his way though selling us on a product he knew nothing about. Eventually I asked if I could be put in touch with a technical rep, since we had run into issues integrating payment gateways into our software suite in the past. The rep called his manager, someone who claimed to be the national sales manager for Canada. I asked the manager for the same thing, and was told, "I'm the sales manager. I would think that when I tell you something will work, that would hold weight.". I responded to say that it wasn't that I didn't trust what he was saying, it was that I had specific technical questions that I needed to have answered by someone really knowledgeable on the subject. I said I wasn't willing to go further into the sales process unless I knew for sure that the product would integrate with our software properly. The manager simply stated, "OK, that's fine, then don't go further. Enjoy your day.", and hung up on me. We promptly kicked the rep out of office. These guys are all about high pressure sales tactics. If you're not willing to sign on the spot, they stop caring.
