I’ve been with Nascoga for 2 years now and I have never had any problems with customer service or my account. Very satisfied so far .

I got a new card today was told I could use it. I tried to use it it got declined went to the atm said account not found now I’m stuck with my card not able to be used and it’s the weekend thanks nascoga

I have been apart of the Nascoga family for 15 yrs. I have had great dealings with the branch in Gainesville Texas. Lori among many others have been a great team at the drive thru. While Heather has been an awesome loan officer as well. 5 stars? You bet! Keep up the great work.

Great bank, great staff and the tellers are AWESOME. Have recommended people to bank there as well, and they’re happy with it. Very helpful staff, friendly and informative every time I call from out of town or come in.

I visited this bank 9/28/17. I had gotten a couple nascoga checks for graduation gifts and went there to cash them while I was in town. First of all, the woman at the front desk seemed like she'd rather be in hell than be helping me. She also didn't know what kind of ID I needed. I used my credit card and drivers licenses as IDs at both Wells Fargo and First State when cashing checks. The woman had to ask the lady manning the drive through and it took about 5 minutes. Turns out, the answer was as simple as it could be. I only needed 1 form of ID. Then I'm told that there will be a $7 cashing fee because I didn't have an account. Every other bank I've been to cashs checks for free as long as they're written with an account from that bank. Needless to say, I'm not paying a bank $7 to cash a $30 check. I'm a college student and have textbooks to pay for. Luckily, my grandmother took me to First United where she had an account. I signed my check over to her so she could cash it and she pulled out $30 to pay me back. The lady at the front desk was lovely and very knowledgable. The building was a lot nicer and it looked like an actual bank, not a DMV. If you're looking for a bank in Gainesville, I definitely recommend First United. It seems nascoga has a consistent problem with customer service and they aren't planning on improving anytime soon.

I have been banking with this bank for close to 2 years. I've always had a savings account here but last year the tellers were treating me so horribly. They were rude and would give me dirty looks through the drive through this happened at the Gainesville branch. Never really had a problem from whitesboro branch. But I'm no longer banking here. I've worked in customer service for over 2 years and you don't treat your customers the way the tellers at the Gainesville branch treated me. I'm still keeping my savings account there but as far as checking. After this week I'm not putting my check into this bank again.

Worst bank I have ever worked with!! Will be switching to a larger bank. Nascoga has the most unprofessional staff and they really could care less whether you close your account or not. Do not use them!!!!
