Has anyone had luck reaching SmartVendor? We are trying to resolve an issue with no ability to contact a human and normally their service is top-notch!

I can't thank, both the software & hardware support team enough for all their patience in getting Luxe Home Décor up and running. A special shout out to Ron, from the sales team, who has provided thorough information on helping me select the right equipment and accessories.

Smart Vendor is the BEST!! I had been managing health food stores for around 8 years and smart vendor was always used so no shocker that when I decided to open my own business Smart Vendor was to the rescue!! It has 20 times the features as other POS systems and I can generate any report in any fashion that I would like. I have seen other systems that have costed over $10,000 and not been able to do 1/4 of the things that smart vendor can do. The support is great, always happy to help. Willing to help out wherever they can. We have the first all naturals drive thru in all of Canada and smart vendor was able to accommodate that, which most systems can't. Would strongly recommend smart vendor to all small business owners. Best choice I have made :)

Just wanted to send a note expressing how wonderful your Support Staff has been through this first year at Flip Your Closet.They are always available, helpful, courteous and incredibly thorough.Never have I waited more than 1 hour for a return phone call, reviewed many times whatever changes were done and then a thorough follow up email afterwards as a reference aid for me.Never have I received such consistently amazing service, and I would say that I’ve had a career in customer service so not only live it but observe wherever I go and Acceo is sensational.Not only do they “Fix” things but they also take the time to understand my concerns/asks and then provide best method / create shortcuts , custom reports etc etc.Absolutely Amazing!!

We currently are still using our smart vendor system after 3 years and $13,000 and counting.... We have it setup for a small business with the multiple stations module and the $700 yearly support. This support is the worst support i have ever encountered; every support agent has different answer then their previous colleague. We have a simple issue of emailing invoices/quotes/packing slips/statements option that did once work with our webmail. we have been told for over a 18 months the following:1) It is hard for their system to coalign with all or small webmail providers ( we are using gmail , the largest webmail provider in the world) 2) we will have it in the next update( 8 updates ago....) this response was used the most....3) we will put you on a betatesting version when available (18 months ago)4) in response to us asking it once worked can we go back to a previous version... "no you cant it will mess up the customer accounts'" The online demo they initially did with us looked great but the functionality of emailing, their quotation system and statement/account payment is a disaster. We have invested $13000+/- and we are now stuck. The yearly $700 for maintenance and support is a joke as seen by the many issues we are experiencing. The lack of reviews should of been a warning sign, Please no one else make the same mistake we did...

Way over priced out of date system. Desgined to make you pay on every corner. I opted out of the yearly service fee this year as we are switching to a differenet system... I called for one quick question and was told "Because you do not have the yearly service plan it is $350 to get my question answered...." After 7 years of paying and they could not answer ONE quick question... I would guess I am over $20 000 with them in 7 years and could not take a quick call.. BRUTAL We are switching is becasue this system will not work with our new online store I would have a SERIOUS look at shopify if you are debaiting getting Smart Vendour.
