They strive to be ahead of their clients requirement my MQ Website was up and running before I provided content, they used what info they had from our meetings, application and resume. To an extent this displays a long-held maxim of my own “seek forgiveness not permission” employed to reach a commonly held outcome. Of course, when it comes to compliance the philosophy is the antithesis of this, “document to the client what you will do, do it, and document your actions and the clients agreement to proceed, repeat process for every subsequent interaction including servicing the client for years to come.The team also effectively share the corporate knowledge and experience of MQ in helping manage accreditation with lenders knowing the vignettes of each vendors approach to the process and navigating new franchisees through it.I have experience in running an advice business dealing with financial products so my initial approach was to go it alone with an aggregator but I am very happy with my decision to tap into the resources of MQ offered to a new franchisee.
