Worst experience ever!!Samu Pannanwala, who works independently as well ruined my home loan case for which I have to pay heavy price now..First she wins your confidence and then she slowly ruin your case.She doesn't seem to have thorough knowledge of bank home loan procedure. Every case is different has different requirements but she just ruined my application and got it declined, also, at the end she replied WHAT CAN I DO ABOUT IT?If you don't have knowledge or you are not sure about the hoam loan then tell the client straightaway so that person can think about some other way out. But she wasted 2months of mine and now i lost my $25000 as well.Moreover, she doesn’t have etiquettes to talk to you, infact after ruining your home loan case, she doesn’t answer your calls. She doesn’t know how to talk to their customers.She is working with other 2 guys: Sam and Indica who further works with the builders.PLS DO NOT GO WITH THESE PEOPLE, THEY ARE FRAUD. They seems to be confident about your case but they actually get your file denied from 2 banks straightaway and afterwards doesn't answer your calls!!
