We came all the way down here to view a Husqvarna YTA lawnmower, that we saw advertised on Facebook market for $1300. We can went outside waited about 20-30 minutes for assistance (which is okay because it was pretty busy). I asked JULIE for assistance. I said “hey can we have some assistance with a lawnmower.” She goes “oh the ones out back they aren’t for sale”. I said “hmm okay, may we still have some assistance outside with a mower” So she called a gentleman to help me and my boyfriend outside with the lawnmower, which WAS FOR SALE. I went back inside spoke with her manager about her lying to me, trying to get rid of a potential customer, and her rude and nonchalant demeanor. With that being said we did NOT purchase the $1,300 lawnmower because of Julie’s poor service. Do not come here. I know this is a pawn shop, but customer service is everything.
