3 months previous I buy $1490 worth of items and asked today for a loan on my guitar and was completely ignored by the person doing the computer check and the manager comes by, (one that has seen my buisness over years) and says something and she began to offer me 1/5 of it's worth. Immediately left went to cash America next to China town and got the full amount. Will never step foot in a money man pawn again. COMPLETELY DISRESPECT VALUABLE CUSTOMERS

Brought in a drill, automatic grease gun and a charger that went with both. The drill had a bad battery on it and I told Stephanie that we had another one at home. She said at that time she was only able to take the drill because of the battery bit to bring it later. When my husband tried to the following day, they refused. But because I'm a frequent customer there, I figured that was because I had been the one that did the pawn. So I brought it back myself. Now they want another charger. I explained that they had the charger, they looked up my name and agreed that they did have the rest of the set. But still wanted ANOTHER CHARGER. I DIDNT WANT MUCH AND THEY COULD HAVE SOLD ALL OF IT TOGETHER AS A SET, THE WAY I BOUGHT IT BRAND NEW FROM STORE, THE WAY STEPHANIE AND EVERYONE THERE KNEW I INTENDED. With another charger they were going to give me $40...i just want $20 to put it with the set. BUNCH OF DAMN CON ARTISTS

We came all the way down here to view a Husqvarna YTA lawnmower, that we saw advertised on Facebook market for $1300. We can went outside waited about 20-30 minutes for assistance (which is okay because it was pretty busy). I asked JULIE for assistance. I said “hey can we have some assistance with a lawnmower.” She goes “oh the ones out back they aren’t for sale”. I said “hmm okay, may we still have some assistance outside with a mower” So she called a gentleman to help me and my boyfriend outside with the lawnmower, which WAS FOR SALE. I went back inside spoke with her manager about her lying to me, trying to get rid of a potential customer, and her rude and nonchalant demeanor. With that being said we did NOT purchase the $1,300 lawnmower because of Julie’s poor service. Do not come here. I know this is a pawn shop, but customer service is everything.

I was in to buy an item I had been doing research on over a few weeks, had no trouble with the counter staff whatsoever. They were very friendly and receptive. I went in Saturday June 2nd, 2018, to buy the item referenced and noticed a firearm for a great price. I attempted to buy both items, went through and passed a background check for the firearm, and payed $1377 for both. When going through a supervisory verification, the supervisor on duty told me they could not sell me the gun, and that it was on layaway previously. So here’s the question, why was it on the shelf? I’ve bought and put a few guns on layaway at other stores of this franchise and they put the layawayed item in the back. So I wanted to buy the original item and I was told they could only do a full refund (which the clerk added would take until the following Monday) and so after they refunded me in full (which won’t show until a few days later) they asked to charge my card for the scope again. I decided against it and left frustrated.

Great customer service. My husband and I deal with Chris, the manager. He is very knowledgable and fair! As far as Summerville goes, I recommend money man on farmington Rd!

Been doing business with Money Man for sometime now and love them all to death. I did lose one thing that happened to pawn but that was my fault during hard times. But overall will be back today to buy a gun. Thanks Joe and Chris you guys are great.
