Feedback:

Called and told them I was a first time customer and that I wanted to cash a cheque..all they told me on the phone was that I needed a photo I'd..Went there in person and showed them the photo I'd but because of the value of the cheque there was a lot of questions on their part. Some I felt were very personal and what really irks me is that they created a profile and basically wasted over 40 minutes of my time and told me to come back in the morning..Really??? To waste my time again??Bottom line I will not be going back in the morning or any other time ..And also I felt the questioning from the staff was more like an interrogation like I had to prove myself worthy of their services..Money direct if you want to garner repeat business you better then satisfy the customer on the initial visit!!You failed with me!!
