Feedback:

I've found that even when it's not that busy they still take a long time. I've gone in there and been the only person waiting and it's taken like half hour if not longer. They also need to train their employees better as there have been times when ive gone in there to put money on my prepaid Visa and the person serving me would have no idea what the heck they're doing.

They are rude and some of them are racist specially the girl in the far left .. I went there for the first time ever this past Friday to get a pay day loan and I had the worse customer service, you could see the hate in their eyes👎

What's with the little skinny girl who always seems to be coming in with a coffee in her hand or no matter how busy it gets she seldom deals with customers . If I have to stand there one more time while the person in front of me has to go through the payday loan process . I will not be going to money direct anymore . Called and told them I was a first time customer and that I wanted to cash a cheque..all they told me on the phone was that I needed a photo I'd..Went there in person and showed them the photo I'd but because of the value of the cheque there was a lot of questions on their part. Some I felt were very personal and what really irks me is that they created a profile and basically wasted over 40 minutes of my time and told me to come back in the morning..Really??? To waste my time again??Bottom line I will not be going back in the morning or any other time ..And also I felt the questioning from the staff was more like an interrogation like I had to prove myself worthy of their services..Money direct if you want to garner repeat business you better then satisfy the customer on the initial visit!!You failed with me!!
