If i could give no stars i would! I have been a mission fed member for 8 years always had the greatest customer service until I came to this branch. I went through the drive thru today to transfer money from my account to my daughters account both of us mission fed members. A lady name Alyssa working the drive thru with absolutely no customer service skills was completely rude. I did not have my daughters account number on me but i do the some transfer every month with out the account number they look at my account type in the amount i transfer monthly it comes up and they do it Been doing it for years and never had anyone tell.me the could not do it. She already looked perturbed wheb i came up to the window and was walking away was completely rude as she told me I can't help you. I told her I do this every month you are the first person who has ever told me that. Is that your own rule because you don't have the time to have good customer service. She has a terrible attitude and as a manager myself not someone I would want representing my company. I drove off went to the one on H street the lady transfered the money from my account to my daughters without me giving the account number but with her looking in my account took her all of 2 seconds its obvious Alyssa needs more training on customer service. I will not be using this branch ever again. Alyssa was my FIRST bad experience with Mission Fed!
