He went above and beyond in helping me with all the various options available and needed on my journey in re-establishing my credit from scratch again. Set an appointment with this gentleman and you will get the best customer service experience there is for whatever services you are curious about.

I was actually thinking about becoming a member until the experience my sister had today. I bank at a different bank but I have NEVER had a teller or any other member of my bank speak to me the way the person spoke to my sister today at your location on telegraph canyon road Chula Vista. I think her name was Elisa ( drive thru) she was rude did not smile and j7st did not belong there. I have been with my sister several times when she makes this transaction an she has never had a problem. I have even deposited funds into my nieces account . Thank you an I SURE hope some type of action is taken.

If i could give no stars i would! I have been a mission fed member for 8 years always had the greatest customer service until I came to this branch. I went through the drive thru today to transfer money from my account to my daughters account both of us mission fed members. A lady name Alyssa working the drive thru with absolutely no customer service skills was completely rude. I did not have my daughters account number on me but i do the some transfer every month with out the account number they look at my account type in the amount i transfer monthly it comes up and they do it Been doing it for years and never had anyone tell.me the could not do it. She already looked perturbed wheb i came up to the window and was walking away was completely rude as she told me I can't help you. I told her I do this every month you are the first person who has ever told me that. Is that your own rule because you don't have the time to have good customer service. She has a terrible attitude and as a manager myself not someone I would want representing my company. I drove off went to the one on H street the lady transfered the money from my account to my daughters without me giving the account number but with her looking in my account took her all of 2 seconds its obvious Alyssa needs more training on customer service. I will not be using this branch ever again. Alyssa was my FIRST bad experience with Mission Fed!
