From now every conversation that I have with this company will be recorded. According to the laws of Missouri. I will not be breaking the law by recording my conversation with this company.

Horrible company. If I could give it 0 stars I would. Please don't use this finance company. They will ruin your credit with hard inquiries and the customer service reps are rude and disrespectful.

I would give 0 stars if I could. They unlawfully repossessed my car and charged me twice for the repossession fee. I have filed a lawsuit against them. You would think a financial institution would be able to keep track of their money coming in better but not these people. I was charged late fees when I wasn't late. Called and talked to them they said they would look into it and call me back the next day and never heard from them.

Giving this place 1 star is way too nice. This is the worst car financing corporation ever. Their customer service sucks. I was having car trouble with engine and had to pay 3k to get it fix which lead me struggle to keep up with my $300 car note payment. I've explained my situation to them one person understood and was willing to work with me. All of a sudden my cellphone and job number was being blown up with this place calling everyday asking for my payment. It was so overwhelming to where I was afraid to even answer my phone. There was a time where I was in the hospital and my mom answered my phone; their customer service person assumed that I was pregnant at the moment giving birth. That is very unprofessional for anyone to say without knowing what it is going. The car engine went out again around the same time so I was no longer able to drive there to make my payments. I started sending money orders thinking it would be fine and not keeping contact. Unfortunately I was told my payments did not make it there and they were lost. I was summoned to court in July to set up payment arrangements monthly. I called to make a payment over the phone with my boyfriend's card since I no longer have a job or my own debit card. He let's me use his card as my own since he banks at two different places. I was told i couldn't use the debit card unless it was in my name. Which sucks cause I'm a at home parent while my boyfriend works 6 days out of the week and he gave me one of his debit cards so I could have some for me as well to use to take of bills. If you can not pay online then why is that option on their website and phone line for you call. That is false advertisiment and it should be taken away as a feature from the company site and phone automatic line. I hate paying a money order with cause it seems to always get lost. I called today to since I have no choice, but to send a money order to see if they would send me a confirmation number; so that I would know my payment was credited to my account. I was rudely told my money order receipt was my confirmation of payment and they do not send confirmation numbers unless you payed with debit or credit over the phone with an additional $5 service fee. I hope for when I get a better car I will not finance with this place. This is suppose to be a place for people with no credit to help build it up in a 2 years spand. The interest rate is high and you typically end financing more money then you should. It is not worth it at all

If you want to deal with a finance company that doesn't give a damn about their clients, then this is the place for you!! If you ask for some consideration due to financial problems, they will just say no. THEY DO NOT CARE IF THEIR CLIENTS ARE ABLE TO PUT FOOD ON THEIR TABLES. I only gave them one star because I can't post my review without doing that.

Absolutely horrible company to deal with. Poor customer service. No phone or online payments available. Made 12 on time payments, asked for a smaller interest rate, and was told they wouldn't look at that until 24 months in... :/ 24th payment made on time, and now I was told they do not offer any kind of refinancing, etc. They are solely there to take advantage.Update... It is June 18'. Not one payment since October of 17', has been reported.

So I have been with them since February 2018 it's now May and they still have NOT reported my payments to the credit bureau!!! I am trying to build my credit and its going NO WHERE. They keep telling me they had a computer upgrade and that once the credit bureau looks at the their system that all their reporting will show.... well I doubt it takes this long and I called Transunion and they said that was a lie!

" THE RUDEST COMPANY I'VE EVER DELT WITH" Received a call from Tony .Jaycocks who said he was the owner and he said that he was the manager/supervisor and told me my car was 26 days past due and he was sending out repo. (WAIT I'M NOT 30DAYS LATE, HE SAID YOU ARE 26DAYS AND YOU NEED TO PAY TODAY)... ME: COME GET THE MOTHER F***** IF YOU CAN!!!!! I did advise that I would be making the payment and he was so rude and unprofessional and rude. and had the nerve to say to me that I was f***n with him. Races A*** Company this is not the first time that I have been rudely talk to from this company. I'm looking into refinancing my car with a better companyI had to file another complaint on Midwest they were trying to tell me I was 3 payments behind and could not find my money for my payments. So I did send them my bank statements showing that all checks cleared my bank and they continued to say the funds were returned back to my account. So my Bank Manager told them that I Desshell have paid all payments to them. I am so sick of them harassing me about this car. The I sent another payment and they sent it back because it was a check. But I was told they have a new system and Tony said that he has to learn how to read it ... WHAT!!!!! I NEED TO BE COMPENSATED. AT THIS POINT I HAVE AN ATTORNEY WORKING ON THEM....
