Rachel is beyond helpful...always pleasant!

Feedback:

The staff at MidCountry loan department is not professional and knowledgeable at all. They messed up my 1098 form. I spent more than a month, including more than 4 hours talking on their customer service line to educate and help them fix the error, which should NOT be the obligation of customers at all. As a scientist, I highly suspect the same systematic mistake have happened to many other customers too. If you used MidCountry for home mortgage, go check the box 1 of your 1098 form asap. If you are shopping for a home loan, stay away from MidCountry!

Went up and down Cahill shopping for banks. MidCountry was the fifth bank I had been too that day. They are the BEST in terms of fees and working with you in certain situations etc etc. I sat down with Laura and she was GREAT. Then I got to know Rachel a little bit. With these two excellent...customer focused employees, I decided to call MidCountry home and have not regretted it in Anyway. Great people, Good bank.... (don't know about other branches)
