I’ve been a CCCU member for a long time. I have to say that my experience working with Sharon Crisp-Kaiser was outstanding. Sharon took the time to listen to all of my concerns regarding my home equity loan. Not only did Sharon resolve all of my loan issues, she was very empathetic along the way and her follow through was the best I’ve seen in some time. Without hesitation, on my first call Sharon took ownership and emailed me all of her information while I was on the phone with her. Over the next 4 or 5 days, Sharon followed up with me multiple times both by phone and email to make sure I knew where things were at in the process.
