The loan person I dealt with was less than knowledgeable and forgot parts of my loan, causing jacked up rates and severe frustration. I'm only giving a 5 star review because when I called frustrated, the rep (Amanda) went out of her way to help me. Explained all the hiccups, resolved my issues, and was so patient and kind (especially considering I was very frustrated and upset when I called.)
