1. I moved and this is who my bank shares with not only are the people very rude but they refused to take the pin code placed on the account 10 years ago to verify who I am. They did not accept my valid drivers license either. I ended up having to call my bank back home because the only thing they would use to verify who I am was a address I had 10 years ago.
