I’ve been in business as an owner of the family business for 40 years. The business itself has been in existence for 61 years. I have dealt with many banks over the years and never really was in love with any bank until I joined Metro and I will sum up the difference in a quick sentence or two. All previous banks were Just that, a bank, and not even efficient at that. Metro, though, is uniquely different. Small in comparison to some, but mighty. They are efficient, They always answer the phone with energy and Oh my gosh when you come in they know you buy name. They make calls when needed and always do transactions in a timely manner. This is my last stop I will never leave. I now have all my kids accounts here and I know they are in good hands. I want to say thank you to all , Ryan, Yuliiana, Irene, Kenna, Concetta, Lisa, Gabby, Kasey, Maria and Most important SAL. For this is a great group and team. Thank you all. James A. DiClementi.

Ryan Neubauer is very helpful every time we go in, the bank has good services, very reliable and we always get greeted with a smile and warm hospitality, one of the best experiences we get from going to a bank.

Great service! Low rates on car loans, and I was able to consolidate all of my credit cards under 10% Interest. Best Part- THEY ANSWER THEIR OWN PHONES!!! The whole staff is always helpful and they offer all of the same services as larger institutions! Thanks METRO!

1. I moved and this is who my bank shares with not only are the people very rude but they refused to take the pin code placed on the account 10 years ago to verify who I am. They did not accept my valid drivers license either. I ended up having to call my bank back home because the only thing they would use to verify who I am was a address I had 10 years ago.

From the moment I walked in to set up my initial account, Kasey and Ryan made me feel like an old friend. The service from everyone over the years has been second to none. Not only do I feel SAFE about where my money is, but it ALWAYS feels like my best friend is keeping it that way. Thank you Ryan, Kasey, and Sal!

The service is great. I got a great rate refinancing though Metro Federal Credit Union. It is so easy to follow where I'm spending money though my banking app. It is so easy to deposit money with my camera. They answered all my questions right away. I am having such a great experience with this bank.

I've been a employee of one of the member villages for over twenty years but have not joined this credit union. I called to discuss joining and about an auto loan. They could not have been less concerned about assisting me. They did not call me back, and when I called them the next day I was informed how busy the woman is and how she can't even guess how long it takes to apply for an auto loan. I'll be using my bank, as I have in the past, for my loan. It you are looking to be treated like you are an unnecessary nuisance, the Metro Credit Union may be the place to go, otherwise you should consider other options for your banking.

Great place to do all of your banking. The staff is exceptionally friendly and personable, and their rates are near the best you can get. I enjoy banking here, and love that they really do a lot for their customers. I couldn't be happier.
